2018 was a great year for me and I had some really amazing experiences last year - the highlights being our beautiful wedding and amazing honeymoon in New Zealand. I've had the chance to do things that are on a lot of people's bucket lists (swim with dolphins) and also my own personal one (meeting a penguin in the wild!) but there's still a lot of things I want to challenge myself to do before I hit the big 3-0 in 2020.
To that end, I've made a list of 30 things to accomplish by that date, which gives me 18 months to try and cross them all off. Some of them are grown up adulting things, some of them are much more fun, and some are just there to challenge myself to step out of my comfort zone.

- 10 x Treasure Trails (10/10)
- Complete a 30 day photo challenge on Instagram
- Complete a 30 day writing challenge following a prompt a day
- Write and post a letter to someone every month for a year (12/12)
- Let someone plan something for me to help me learn to let go a little
- 30 Random Acts of Kindness (1/30)
- Go somewhere I've always wanted to - whether this is a country, a show, or a museum exhibition
- Pay off my overdraft
- Learn to drive
- Complete a sign language course (and take an exam if possible)
- Have a make over - a hair style I've never had or clothes I wouldn't normally wear
- Have a photoshoot to help me love myself a little more
- Do something out of my comfort zone - something that scares me or I would never normally say yes to
- Cook a three course dinner party for some of my friends
- Try (at least) one recipe from each recipe book I own (3/lots!)
- Try 6 new restaurants in and around Sheffield (1/6)
- Bake 6 new things I've never tried before (1/6)
- Paint my nails at least once a month - take time for a little bit of self care
- Something social - join a book club or a choir and go regularly
- Shrink my wardrobe, or at least not grow it any more - try to stick to a 1 thing in, 2 things out policy
- Some form of exercise at least twice a month
- Learn a new craft
- Read 30 books, one from every year I've been alive (30/30)
- Watch 12 "Must see" films as I don't really watch films (0/12)
- Something for charity each month
- Matching tattoos with my besty to celebrate our 30 years of friendship
- Weekend without social media (at least once)
- Go a week without spending any money (at least once)
- Have a date night/day with my love once a month
- Decorate a room

Brilliant list. Think I might adopt some of these, although I've got 4 years till the next "big" birthday!
